સસલું અને કાચબો
🇮🇳 ગુજરાતી
એક જંગલમાં એક સસલું અને એક કાચબો રહેતા હતા.
સસલું ખૂબ ઝડપથી દોડતું. તે હંમેશા કાચબાની મજાક ઉડાવતું.
એક દિવસ કાચબાએ સસલાંને દોડ માટે પડકાર આપ્યો.
દોડ શરૂ થઈ. સસલું તરત આગળ નીકળ્યું. કાચબો ધીમે ધીમે ચાલ્યો.
સસલાંને થયું કે કાચબો તો ધીમો છે, હું થોડો આરામ કરી લઉં.
સસલું ઝાડ નીચે સૂઈ ગયું. કાચબો સતત આગળ ચાલતો રહ્યો.
કાચબો જીતની રેખા પાર કરી ગયો. સસલું જાગ્યું ત્યારે મોડું થઈ ગયું.
બોધ – “ધીમે પણ સતત મહેનત જીત આપે.” અહંકાર ન રાખવો.

In a forest lived a hare and a tortoise.
Hare ran very fast. He always made fun of tortoise.
One day tortoise challenged hare for a race.
Race started. Hare went ahead quickly. Tortoise walked slowly.
Hare thought tortoise is slow, let me rest a bit.
Hare slept under a tree. Tortoise kept walking continuously.
Tortoise crossed the finish line. When hare woke up, it was too late.
Moral – “Slow but steady work brings victory.” Don’t be proud.
