પ્રવાસવર્ણન: સોનાનો કિલ્લો – સરળ ભાષામાં
જેસલમેર એ રાજસ્થાનનું રણપ્રદેશનું શહેર છે. લોકો ઉદયપુર, જયપુર, ચિત્તોડ જાય છે, પણ જેસલમેર જેવું શહેર ક્યાંય નથી.
પીળા પથ્થરથી બનેલો કિલ્લો સૂર્યપ્રકાશમાં સોના જેવો ચમકે છે – એટલે ‘સોનાનો કિલ્લો’. કિલ્લાની અંદર ઘરો, મંદિરો અને નકશીદાર હવેલીઓ છે.
