About the writer: Harish Nayak
Harish Nayak (1926–2019) was one of Gujarat’s best-loved children’s writers, known for adventure and wit stories.
ચાતુર્યકથા: ત્રણ સવાલ – સરળ ભાષામાં
ભોજ રાજાના દરબારમાં કવિઓનું હંમેશાં સન્માન થતું. એક દિવસ એક નવો કવિ આશા લઈને દરબારમાં આવ્યો.
રાજા ભોજે કહ્યું, “અમારા ત્રણ સવાલના જવાબ આપો તો તમને રાજસભામાં સામેલ કરીએ.” કવિએ નમ્રતાથી કહ્યું, “પૂછો, મહારાજ!”
કવિએ ચતુરાઈથી, સમજણપૂર્વક ત્રણેય સવાલના જવાબ આપ્યા. રાજા ખુશ થયા અને કવિને માન-સન્માન સાથે દરબારમાં સ્થાન આપ્યું.
