જૂન મહિનો છે. ગુજરાતમાં ચોમાસું શરૂ થઈ ગયું છે.
આજે સવારથી જ વાદળો ઘેરાયા છે. આકાશ કાળું છે.
અચાનક ઝરમર ઝરમર વરસાદ શરૂ થયો. પછી જોરદાર વરસાદ આવ્યો.
બાળકો ઘરની બહાર દોડ્યા. તેઓ વરસાદમાં ભીંજાયા. કાગળની હોડી તરાવી.
ખેડૂતો ખુશ થયા. વરસાદથી પાક સારો થશે. પાણીની તંગી દૂર થશે.
મોર પીંછા ફેલાવીને નાચ્યો. દેડકા ડ્રાં ડ્રાં અવાજ કરતા હતા.
વરસાદ પ્રકૃતિની ભેટ છે. વરસાદ વગર જીવન ન હોય.

It is June month. Monsoon has started in Gujarat.
Clouds have gathered since morning. The sky is dark.
Suddenly drizzling rain started. Then heavy rain came.
Children ran out of the house. They got wet in rain. Sailed paper boats.
Farmers were happy. Rain will make crops good. Water shortage will end.
Peacock spread its feathers and danced. Frogs were making “dran dran” sound.
Rain is nature’s gift. Without rain there is no life.
