નાટક: વીર ભામાશા – સરળ ભાષામાં
મેવાડના શાહસોદાગર ભામાશાની પેઢી. મુનીમો ચોપડામાં માથું ઘાલી બેઠા છે. ભામાશા જગ્ગુ મુનીમને એક એક પૈસાનો હિસાબ પૂછે છે.
જગ્ગુ હસે – “લાખો કમાઓ છો, પૈસામાં આટલી ચોકસાઈ?” ભામાશા કહે, “એક એક પૈસો વાજબી રીતે બચે તો વખત આવ્યે કામ આવે.”
સમાચાર આવ્યા – મહારાણા પ્રતાપને સૈન્ય નિભાવવા ધનની જરૂર છે. ભામાશાએ પોતાનો આખો ખજાનો મહારાણાના ચરણે ધરી દીધો – વતન માટે સર્વસ્વ!
